LAVERKIN, Utah (March 20, 2018)— On March 20, 2018, there was a crash involving a Nissan Titan and a Silver four door sedan. According to authorities the crash occurred because the driver of the four door sedan made a left hand turn crossing over into oncoming traffic at the intersection of West 500 North, in Laverkin, Utah. All persons involved were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. However, one person from the four door sedan was transported to the hospital for medical assistance. Failure to yield is a common cause of many car crashes. From preliminary reports it appears as though the driver of the four door sedan will be held responsible for this crash. However, it is important to note that any and all passengers in the four door sedan are still able to make a claim and will not be deemed at fault. Only the driver is at fault and the passengers still have a viable claim to make in order to be compensated for their medical bills, lost work, and anything else that happens as a result of this crash.
